Applying for Membership - Two Easy Methods!
You can download the Membership Application Form, or you can fill out the web form below. Prospective members can consult a full listing of our Business Categories to determine which one best applies to their company. Please contact the Chamber office directly to make arrangements for a one-on-one consultation regarding Chamber membership, or to make payment arrangements.

Your application cannot be processed unless payment is received. You may pay by cash, cheque, Visa or Mastercard. Please contact us regarding your method of payment. Your application will be submitted to the Board of Directors and following approval, your membership package will be mailed to you.
Membership fees include membership in the Ontario Chamber of Commerce.
Your membership renewal will be due upon your membership anniversary date.
